We are a family in Zarautz (Spain), devoted since more than a decade to cider and our ciderhouse-restaurant.
Evolving from our beginnings we have widened the offer, to combine traditional basque cuisine and the well-known sidrería menu with new innovative dishes and a meticulous presentation on the table. Everything framed in a superb natural location.
